these "people" are complete scammers. These are the most incompetent and corrupt people i have ever dealt with. NHES is retro-actively denying thousands of PUA applications in order to strip the money from NH citizens who were affected by the pandemic. They are taking the federal money from citizens and dumping into NHES accounts so they can brag about a "surplus" they created - by crushing small businesses they forced to shut down during the pandemic They cancelled PUA benefits early to intentionally harm business owners and people who were suffering through covid. These cronies do the bidding of dictator sununu, none of them can be trusted. the "overpayments" were because of NHES worker errors now they are taking it out on the citizens because they cant accept responsibility If you are reading this and were scammed by NHES. do not give up, hire a lawyer and fight these tyrants until the end. The citizens of NH will defeat these good for nothing tyrants

I was having difficulty understanding the "action needed and response required" section of my homepage and had spoken to three staff members. I just want to say that Agent Jake on April 20, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. call was the voice I needed to hear. He understood my question and reduced my little panic attack. Thank you, Jake.

The people are always very nice, helpful & kind. If I don’t understand something, there’s always a person to help me. Sometimes you may have to wait a few minutes but they spend the time with you that you need. They do that for everyone that asks for help. I appreciate all they do. It can’t be easy but I have never seen them show frustration.

I'm sorry to hear that you're extremely unhappy with your current job. Hopefully it has not always been that way.. NHES is mostly geared towards helping people with unemployment insurance claims. For things outside of that realm, that may take more time, I would say stop by after 11 a.m. . There tends to be fewer people there and they can give you more time. The unemployment claims and the workshops usually go on in the morning.
Hi Anna, I am currently laid off and go to somersworth. They called my husband and myself to reschedule the group meeting that was supposed to be today. They said they were having heating issues so I'm thinking that may be why its not open. Not sure when they are planning to reopen. They did reschedule my appointment for the 22nd so it'll be before that I'm sure. I hope this helps at least a little.
