General Linen is a great company, every person at the Somersworth NH location is awesome! I recommend General Linen for their services, as they care about all their customers and the quality of all products. General Linen has great management and treat every employee equally! I love working at General Linen service! I came on board about 6 months ago when the company had just started making some changes. The management has made huge strides in in my short time with the company and I believe it will just get better. I feel valued as an employee and am able to give great customer service because I believe in the company!

Had issues detailed below but after speaking to their customer service they really stepped it up and for several months they have been a wonderful company to work with. Going to chalk it up to covid supply disruptions and labor issues. Thanks for making it right. Go elsewhere for your business needs. Reliability has real value and not having the proper materials to run your business costs in time and aggravation and lost revenue. I think my expectations are extremely reasonable which is to get the regular order delivered reliability and in the case of disruption (Things do happen in all businesses) in my service a quick text or call from my account manager (or anyone else) letting me know I need to make other arrangements. In my situation I am told they have a supply issue with one of the items we use, however this barely makes sense because they skipped the entire order not just the item they have issues with. Instead if there is an issue nothing is delivered with no notice but still billed despite order not being delivered. Contact customer service they will promise you that your order is of their utmost priority and will be completely fulfilled the next day, until that day arrives and again with no notice the order is again not delivered. Contact customer service they say they have no control and its the fault of another department, ask to speak to a supervisor and they apologize that there is no management available they are all gone for the day despite hours left in their posted hours. Now to be fair a few months ago I would have highly recommended the service and this was my worst experience with this company but I have been fighting to get my contracted service delivered reliably and there has been no improvement.

I'm sure he didn't try to run you off the road. You need to remember trucks have alot more blind spots than cars. Our drivers are very courteous.
