It's awesome being able to have a brick and mortar game stop, because the people who work there really make an effort to help you when you want to try a new game or get a problem with your equipment figured out... I think that even though it's important that they have merchandise to sell (like replacement wireless controllers!) and that they keep taking trades, selling used games and equipment because that's what gets people into gaming at a very low cost. .... Even if there wasn't a single thing to buy in a GameStop? I would still be showing up there with my newbie questions about Walking Dead or looking for information about how to get my granddaughter into magic the gathering online because sometimes it's a lot easier when you can be looking face to face at the person explaining or they can actually pull it up on screen show you. I have no problem going into Staples and paying geek squad to walk me through how to use my phone or tablet, so I have no problem doing the same thing at GameStop. About the only thing that would make a game stop more valuable to me is if they could be like the geeks at Staples and if my Xbox 360 takes a digger, I could show up and have a have them put a new hard drive in and get it ready to go all my games downloaded again while I try out the Nintendo switch for look at the collectibles. This most recent trip I traded in some games I bought another one I asked a bunch of questions about my current obsession (2K21 golf), and got some pointers on controllers that might be a little easier for my left hand to hold. Then I went across the Dairy Queen got myself a Sunday it was a pretty damn good afternoon!

Very helpful workers. Every question I asked was given a detailed answer and explanation that was easy to understand. The employee I spoke to was very experienced and knowledgeable on different gaming platforms and was able to aid my search in choosing the best system to buy. The two employees that we working during my time shopping were also helpful in game selection. They both knew a great deal about many of the games being sold. I was able to choose which games to buy based on the two mens personal experience with the game as well as what they could tell me about how much other people have enjoyed the game. Overall this particular GameStop was the best one out of the many I have been to. I left the store happy with my purchases and confident that I would enjoy my mew gaming system. The employees who assisted me were kind, funny, helpful, and knowledgeable. Very good job GameStop.

The staff is very attentive to my gaming background and wants. They go all-out to help me find what I need, even if it's states away and requires a great deal of work to get me my game. Feels more like a 'personal' gaming store, like a 'mom-and-pop' gaming store. Great positive people there!
