This is my second bad experience just trying to pay my credit card bill in the store here at the Somersworth location store number 8931. Both times have been with the alleged manager /supervisor Amie. She has been very rude and unpleasant to work with both times. All I wanted to do was pay my CC bill. Both times I drove down a distance to be treated poorly by this unprofessional woman. She would not give me her last name or employee number so I could report her after her second time mistreating me. I asked for a manager she said I am it. I asked for a supervisor she said I am it. I’ve never had such a hard time trying to pay a bill or give a store my money. Please hire better people to run your business. I won’t state the real reason I think she was being overly rude but I do believe we are all equal here on this planet. Just maybe not in Somersworth store when Aime is working. (Noted)

Needed a truck rental to pick up my drywall. After having it reserved for a week, they canceled my reservation without warning. I called and they offered me their second truck, but then canceled that reservation AGAIN without warning. Spend the extra cash, go to uhaul or Lowe's.

Staff has always been super helpful when we've needed things. Recently bought a dryer, and although they didn't have much out for display, we were informed on anything we asked and the process was easy.

SHAWN is the stupidest manager I’ve ever met at the Home Depot store in Somersworth area. I’m giving 3 star because the other manager helped me to resolve my purchase issue. I recommend for the store to hire someone that has full knowledge of customer service.
