bait and switch or just bad service??? needed one used tire for my old van in hood river, called them tuesday from portland. no used options but said they had a pair if 14's they wanted to get sell now and if I wanted them they would give me a GREAT price. the price was unbelievable. I could have pick up a used tire in portland and brought it out and had it mounted. however my last time here they did a great job. so I offered to pay on the phone to hold the tires, I was told no need " we will have them for you". WELL when I got there on the apointed time thursday..... NO DEAL. in fact they had no info on me at all. they had white walls and no deal. after I repeated my story I got one tire mounted for free. if I would have known I would have, 1 just bought a used tire in portland, or 2 had them get me an economy black wall the next day. like I said last time there gave them 5 stars, but this was sad.

Excellent customer service! Everyone there was so friendly and very helpful. We got a nail in the tire of our rental car while on vacation. We stopped in and in less than 40 minutes they had it repaired for us so we could be on our way, enjoying the rest of our trip. Comfortable waiting area with coffee and water. Highly recommend.

Went to have a flat repair. Waited an hour in lobby all was pleasant. I was not charged for repair. Next morning the tire was flat again. This time I removed.tire and took it as to not have to wait. Returned later and picked it up. Reinstalled onto vehicle and again next morning it was flat. Returned to Cruz and he said tire was damaged during first repair. He said he had to put a new tire on it. Again he said no charge and apologized for my inconvenience. As a business owner in town I know about customer satisfaction and Cruz and his crew took care me😁👍
