I've been in this shop several times over the years with computer "issues". Perry has always been very helpful, personable, and real; he's always gone out of his way to help me, the customer. Recently I left my laptop overnight with Perry to have bugs removed for an agreed-upon, flat rate. When I picked up my computer the next day the final bill was less than the flat rate because "it didn't take him as long as he thought it would". He could have charged me the full amount and I never would have been the wiser, but he didn't. I will definitely go back to Windy River Computers for all of my computing needs.

Don't even think about it...just go to Windy River Computers and be amazed. Perry's shop is the absolute best thing you can do for yourself if you are interested in doing anything/everything with computers. Period. Perry is personal, informative, professional and fun, too. My personal experience was unlike anything I have ever encountered, and I feel so fortunate to have gone there, and I'm certain you will too.

I use my laptop for running my business, and it was getting so slow that I could barely perform basic tasks. I took it to Windy River and I couldn't be happier with the results. My computer is operating even better than when it was brand new! Perry was very patient and explained exactly what his recommendations were and why. He was not pushy at all, his prices are very reasonable, and the turnaround time was only 24 hours! When I arrived to pick up my laptop, he took the time to review what he had done and how to use the updated configuration. I'd like to add, they gave me coins for the parking meter as I didn't have any change on me - what thoughtful customer service! They also have lots of laptops for sale and other peripherals like external DVD burners, etc. Don't waste your time at Walmart! What they don't have, they can order for you and you'll know you're getting the right item. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Windy River and will certainly be a returning customer.
