I scheduled an appointment three weeks out for an 8a drop to be completed by 'around noon.' When I dropped the car off at 7:55a I confirmed the completion time and an employee said sometime in the afternoon. I then clarified with another employee and he said end of day. I explained I made this appointment weeks ago and that I was originally told a 12p estimated completion time. I then further explained I was leaving town shortly after noon based on that schedule. I was then told there were other cars dropped off prior to me who also made appointments earlier. Fortunately, I have found a mobile service to work with as I don't want to wait another 3 weeks. Based on reviews they seem to be a solid shop but they need to work on their scheduling practices, slot people in and stick to those schedules as best as they can.

I highly recommend A-1!! I've been getting my cars detailed by Brandon and his employees, for years. I get a full detail once a year to maintain my cars and keep them looking like new. Brandon is always professional on the phone and in person. He is genuine, patient, and friendly. I trust him with my cars, because every time I get them back they are perfect! ****Brandon really listens to me, he cares about the details that I care about and he does what he says he will do!*** He makes me feel like a valued customer, because he comes through for me when I'm having a car emergency! The day I got my brand new car, I drove over wet paint in the dark and didn't know it and it splashed all over my car and in the morning when I saw it, it was dried and all over the car and the inside of the wheel wells, it was a horrible mess and Brandon took me in first thing that morning and saved my brand new car and made it look like it did on the showroom floor the day before! He has also squeezed me in for quick fixes on two occasions when mechanics got grease on my visor and ceiling. His employee (who is also named Brandon) did my car this time and his attention to detail was 100% A+ 5* all around perfect! Thanks so much A-1, you guys are awesome!
