We headed to southern Indiana in our RV with no reservations. Painters Creek was recommended to us. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the owners. We spent two nights at PC. On day 2 our power went out(newbies-our own fault), and they let us keep our cold items in their frig and freezer until we figured out our error. We would definitely head back to this small quiet and quaint RV park, when we head south again. Planning a trip to the French Lick area with an RV...this is the place to stay in your RV. Very reasonable rates! Owners so friendly and just nice people!!!!

Nice little park. Very friendly owners. Would stay there again if I was in the area. Much better than the 6 parking lot spots at the casino with a little train whistle blown every 15 minutes next to you from 6 a.m. till 9 p.m. painter is also cheaper and only 7 miles from the casino.

The park is in a lovely setting, very quiet and tucked away, however the slope of the property doesn't make it conducive to parking/leveling your trailer easily. Customer service was gracious and effective, and helped to accomodate my needs. We would stay here again, and overall we give it a 4 out of 5.

We came here for our anniversary in the rv and it exceeded our expectations! Nice and clean amenities. The owners were wonderful and attentive. And the people that rent for the season were very friendly and accommodating. It was peaceful and quiet all day and night. The lake is a mile away if you have a boat. We didn't bring a car and were able to get an Uber into French Lick for the night. There was plenty to do there and the historic hotel and casino were great! We will be back with our kids next time!

They do not. However, everything is within 7 miles!!
Pets okay..call manager first
Google maps took us through a lot of winding country roads. The view was beautiful, the distance was shorter, but the trip took too much extra time!
No park is a seasonal park
