We have become here before and it was really good. This time we came in at 1pm. Was asked if we wanted the buffet we said yes not knowing that it closed in 15 mins and they were not going to bring anymore hot food out. Everything was cold. When we asked for a fresh pizza we were told that there was still 2 slices of pepperoni on the Buffett so they didn’t put anymore in… they finally gave us a small pepperoni pizza fresh. No pleased. They need to notify people when the buffet ends.

I have been eating at Chicago’s pizza since they very first opened and they only get better. They manager runs a great place for both customers and employees and the wait and cook staff are always hard working, courteous, and do their jobs well and in a timely manner. I have gotten the same pizza there over the years and never feel unsatisfied or disappointed. Keep on doing what you do because the quality and food is never a let down. Good job.

This review is based on a call in order of a Traditional Cheese pizza. The order took 15 minutes and was ready when I arrived on time, and pie still hot. The employee who waited on me was nice and friendly. As for the Pizza, it appears to be a cheese blend, and it is a good one. The sauce is tangy and in my opinion one of the best I've had. It works very well with the cheese blend mentioned above. The dough or crust had a nice subtle flavor and very nice chewyiness (is that even a word?!) It wasn't dense. I do wish it had a bit of crunch or snap when you bite into it, this had absolutely none. Overall really good pizza, great service. Will be back.
