I attempted use but they only accept cash. This was after we called after hours. We waited 30 minutes for a return call and they told us cash only. I asked if they accept check or card and they said no. Just felt like a little waste of time waiting to hear back from them. I did not have cash on me when I needed a tow.

If you would like to sit on the side of a highway for hours waiting for the tow company dispatched to come pick you up and then have them never show up and never called to let you know they’re not coming absolutely go with this place

My car was towed and it turned my day upside down. I had high anxiety and sounded like a crazy lady. The female office employee was pleasant. The guy who jumped the car and inflated the tire was a blessing. I really appreciate you because you were a little light shining through my anxiety and actually helped me to accomplish what I needed. Thank you both for being nice, it really went a long way.

Absolutely Horrific. A total nightmare. I will be following up with management on Monday. This tow company came and towed my car I confronted them outside and I asked them why they are towing? I am renting an Airbnb and had no idea I needed a parking permit. I am not from the area. The facility didn’t notify me or the owner of the property. I was completely distraught and crying profusely and told them I would pay to drop it right then and there and the drivers threatened to call the police if I didn’t step away from the vehicle. The driver didn’t care what I had to say and took the car away. I had to Uber to the tow lot and the tow truck driver was laughing at me sitting in the parking lot. It was disgusting how I was treated. The business next door whom is an Indian family was watching the whole thing unfold. I’m a young girl who did not deserve this treatment. I called Manchester Police because I was afraid and uncomfortable and scared and they told me it was a civil matter and there was nothing they could do.
