Most of the reviews here are true. However I gave 2 stars because my experience was a little different only reason why I moved here twice is because of the easy process with little background check. The mice were a huge problem only way I got rid of them was to get a cat and I have ocd and a absolute near freak. My place was always super clean but that didn’t matter. I’m not sensitive at all so the attitude from whoever they hired from the front desk I give attitude right back. I did have one bad experience with maintenance. My oven stop working and it took them over a month to fix it. When I moved in the 2nd time my freezer door also wouldn’t star clise so they took a brand new refrigerator out a unit and put my old one in there …..Ikr……if a u it come available near the rent office hop on it immediately they usually take good care of those all in all I was lucky to move in a quiet court both times…………….DO NOT move in the courts down bottom near loch raven they have the most burglaries……….get an alarm system anyway…. Every single desk receptionist they hire are rude and don’t want answer the phone so unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend this apartments anybody because of the customer service that’s something they have work on as personal problem

There just collecting application fee,s at least call text e-mail that your not going with a person. They just taking interviews take your $25.00 knowing that they either don't have opens or they have someone already to fill the unit's.. am definitely asking my lawyer uncle to look in to this...
