I have been living at Fountainview for almost a year now and I just renewed my lease! There were some issues with the apartment when I first moved in, but all of my concerns were adequately addressed in a timely manner, and I haven’t had any issues since. Eileen and the maintenance staff did a great job making sure that I was happy with my apartment! In addition, prices are very competitive, the apartments are spacious, it’s quiet, and there’s plenty of parking available. Overall, I am really satisfied with my experience at Fountainview and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I have lived at Fountainview for almost 3 months now, and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. The apartments are so spacious, they feature lots of storage, nice and tall ceilings, and lots of room to make each part of the apartment your own. They are pet-friendly, in which almost every resident here seems to have either a cat or a dog (myself included), making the atmosphere very friendly and uplifting. Neighbors aren't too noisy, maintenance is always super quick and reliable (same-day service, I have only had to call twice for small things), and Eileen is just an absolutely wonderful person; very considerate, always checks on me, patient, and willing to solve any problem that occurs. She made my move-in process smooth and easy. Highly recommend anyone that's looking for safe and affordable apartments to check out Fountainview.

This complex is very beautifully designed. It drew my attention as I was walking my pup. We explored the grounds. Unbeknownst to me, it’s “private property”. Now that I am aware, I will no longer walk those grounds. I also no longer wish to apply for an apartment when my current lease comes to an end, which I really desired. Eileen, I’ve gathered that is her name from other reviews is a distasteful and rude woman. We (my dog and I) encountered her, she greeted us sternly, just asked if I lived in the complex. I replied “no”, she then asked “just walking your dog?” I said “yes” to witch she replied “well, this is private property”. Nothing, but a slightly less verbally abrasive ‘get out of here’. You should treat all people as if they are your future residents because they just could be. Next time, Eileen, you could be less abrasive when a non-resident is walking your property (which I’m sure will happen again). You could give a warm greeting, then ask if the persons are residents. If not, ask them if they are interested in applying, if they are not then you could say “I regret to inform you, but our complex is private property.” Not excluding fault on my behalf, that I was technically trespassing, but I was unaware.

I have been at Fountainview for about 2 and a half months now and everything has gone smoothly. Eileen was great help every step of the way and continues to check on my roommate and I. The apartment is clean and neighbors are not loud at all. Plenty of free parking. 90 percent of the time, maintenance comes within 48 hours and fixes whatever problem I have. Everything you need is nearby: Grocery stores, gas stations, plenty of fast food options. I love how spacious the apartment is for the price. I do wish we had bottom locks on our doors, but there are controlled access doors to the entrance . Overall, this is a great place to live and I haven’t had many problems at all.
