This is a very friendly location one of the instructors at the 4pm Friday class actually gave me the socks off her feet when I forgot mine and was getting a blister and having trouble running! Definitely recommend this location! 🙂🙂🙂

From the high-energy staff continuously motivating you, to the compete workout, to the facility which is maintained well beyond the requirements for safety and cleaning during these times, Orangetheory Fitness in Salem NH can’t be beat. PERIOD. Every workout leaves you feeling (and knowing) you just had the best workout; the coaches take a personal approach to coaching and motivating, in a super-positive manner. Best part is that it doesn’t matter what your goals are, it doesn’t matter what shape or fitness level you’re in - every member gets the optimal workout, the same BURN based on his/her own developmental and performance level. Can’t say enough about positive things about how Orangetheory Fitness Salem NH has changed me physically and mentally.

Very corporate feeling and does not feel like your local gym. Too many rules (i.e. after running on the treadmill you have to get off a specific way). They also push their technology on you (that they want you to buy after your first class), I had to be rather firm when saying “No” (numerous times). The plus side is the people are very nice.

Went for my first class at orange theory today and I absolutely loved it ! The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful and the instructor was super thorough at explaining how things worked and made me feel comfortable. She helped me throughout the class with fixing my form but never pushing me too hard . It’s nice to have someone telling you when to do something and how to because it keeps you motivated . It’s super clean inside and they have you wipe down everything after using it . The music selection is really good and keeps you going , you go at your own pace which is really nice ! No one screaming in your face forcing you to do anything you don’t feel comfortable doing . The instructor will modify any workout to make it more comfortable for you which is great. I was wiped out after my class which is a great feeling ! As someone who has a heart murmur it’s nice to have the monitor on to make sure I’m not forcing anything too crazy. Other people working out were super friendly and I didn’t feel judged once . I’d 10/10 recommend !
