I’m cleaning out my garage & have a lot of brand new & barely used good tools & outdoor stuff. I could sell these myself & get more money but I don’t want to spend the time & just want to clean it out. I brought a truck full of tools & asked the guy if he wanted to take a look. He looked for half a second & said “I can’t take any of this”. I said Okay, why not? He said nobody would buy it unless it was Milwaukee or Dewalt. I said okay & left. If he bothered to look he would’ve seen a brand new Dewalt drill & Milwaukee palm driver. Idk what the deal is but it feels shady around here.

I called an spoke with a guy who works here and honestly, I've never been treated worse. He spoke down to me and asked why I was coming into his shop, I didn't think anything of it but to tell you the truth, there are no hardware pawnshops in my state! Only jewelry and electronics, so I was driving an hour to get there (not horrible at all) I drive an hour just to get to work everyday! He said yes we take tools and then I said ok great I'll see you soon, and then he says actually you know what we are not taking tools right now! I could sit here and describe my situation but I shouldn't have to! Then he said we are taking only electronics and coins. So I said okay, I have an iPhone 7 I no longer use ( again shouldn't have to explain but I had to switch to a cheaper provider and couldn't use the iPhone) then he says yeah, we're not taking phone right now either. I then said, why do you keep saying you take this stuff and when I say ok I've got that you say no we're not taking that. He said "I don't understand what your saying " so my last shot at getting my bills paid for everyone s information now, my husband hasn't been paid in 8 weeks but we kept working, hoping and praying if we did, we would get paid! This is why we had to sell his tools. My iPhone that I paid $900 for 2 years ago, you think I wanted to sell any of this stuff? NO!! but I could NOT loose my vehicle or not pay the rent this month. My last shot, ok, my father who died a couple months ago, one of the gifts he left behind for me was his coin collection, I loved them growing up and we shared a bond enjoying stuff like that together, this is how desperate I was to get money. Then he says I don't like the way this conversation is going and hangs up on me. So there's my story NH PAWNBROKER SERVICE! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS!? TREAT ME LIKE I'M SOME DELIQUENT THEIF! MY RECOMENDATION, NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS PLACE, PARTICULARLY WHOEVER WAS IN CHARGE AND ALLOWED THIS MAN TO SPEAK WITH A HARD WORKING CUSTOMER THIS WAY!! me and my husband have worked our absolute butts off for everything we have! So there. What a waste of my time on my lunch break! Honestly had to share my experience which was one of the worst I've ever had. You lost some good business yesterday and you never even gave me a chance. Very, very rude!

Awesome customer service!!! I've been there three times and each time I was greeted as I came in the door. They also took care of what I needed right away. My son loves is there too because there are so many things for him to look at.

I've dealt with Shawn and his uncle for a few years now. Every time I'm in a bind and need fast cash they've been more than fair and reasonable. The staff are all great and very helpful. Don't hesitate to do business with them.
