I picked up 2 gold bracelets today from this store i had ordered online. They were beautiful and the pleasant red headed woman who helped me offered nice black boxes to go with them which made them stand out even more. 5 stars for the pricing, quality and customer service with that exact woman. HOWEVER she asked another woman working there a question and i was horrified at the response she got from her. Her very nasty looks, demeaner, tone, and response i couldn't believe she treated her that way and directly in front of me. I felt so bad for her i almost said something, hope she finds a new job.

I have multiple pieces of jewelry from Kay and always utilize their services to clean and inspect jewelry. It has always been well taken care of and I have always been assured that it would be returned to me better than when I brought it in. I like this store. I have been going to this Kay Jeweler store for several years now. Today Black Friday 2020 I went just to browse as I usually do, I was probably going to buy something, but the young guy that came to help me just didn't make me feel "comfortable" I guess. The problem, well, he looked like a bum. Hair was a mess and his facial hair was a mess. Seemed he hadn't shaved in a couple of weeks and that's just not a professional look especially in a jewelry store where expensive jewelry is sold. I don't know, maybe it's me, but anywhere I go to shop or eat, if people don't look presentable I just walk away.

Highly disappointed in this store. I dropped my ring off here to have it resized(LeVian). I specifically stated the size needed. Unfortunately, the person wasn't listening. I waited 3 weeks for it too come back, just for it too be wrong. They never even called me to tell me it was even back. We were planning to purchase the band today, but it won't be from here now.
