Halftime Restaurant Pizza and Cocktails

I order from Halftime every Sunday and usually never an issue. Today was the worst experience I've had. I ordered my food by 11am via phone. The food was delivered by 11:45, but only a portion of it. I got other meals but not mine specifically. So I called and they said it was on the way, mind you I am at work. So I wait 10 minutes and head out, I than wait an aditional FIFTY MINUTES for my food to be delivered along with 3 more phone calls with them stating my food is on its way and they were going to refund my money. 2 hours and 5 minutes since my initial order was placed a grilled cheese FINALLY arrives, BURNT! It was friggin BURNT!! And I ordered cheese fries, and did not get that. And he only gave me $7 of my $30 order?!?! Never will order from there again.

Today was my first time here. We ordered drinks I received a diet drink instead of the regular I was supposed to get. We placed our order and ordered a appetizer. 15 - 20 minutes go by our waitress is now bringing our meals. I told that we never got the appetizer and she proceeds to say she never put it in. As if my experience couldn't get worse the burger that I specifically asked to be well done with no pink in it at all most definitely had pink throughout half the burger. For my first time experience I won't need to go back for a second chance.

Great place to sit and chat with a friend.Large menu to choose from. My onion rings were "to die for" tasty and Reuben sandwich was perfect with a cup of creamy spinach soup. My friends fried chicken looked really good. The table next to us said their spaghetti was really good also. Staff was very friendly and prompt.Definitely a place I'd go back to!
