I love this place! What a gem hidden in the small community of Ottawa. Inside there’s a big city feel. Trendy, hip, stylish, but not pretentious. Relaxing and pleasant atmosphere with plenty of good beer selection on tap and excellent food choices for pairing. My fave beer was the SUBJECT TO CHANGE BATCH 8 HAZY IPA. My Chocolate cake paired well with the DOBROY NOCHI RUSSIAN IMPERIAL STOUT. Check out the Tasting Room and the beautiful upstairs lounge and the adjacent private room that can be rented out.

Loved the food, service & vibe here! Got the chicken wings, pretzel (plain), & beer can nachos. Everything was yummy & so were our drinks & Tangled Root Brewery beer. The booths by the large windows are spacious & have a great view of the street. Will definitely return when we’re in town.

Evan was wonderful as our waiter. He was able to provided great suggestions and continued through our the meal to check on us. The food was AMAZING!!! I ordered the chicken parmesan while my significant other ordered the cease and desist. Drinks are all crafted on site. Started with a flight to pick my favorite Subject to Change.

2nd time being here - LOVE the 2nd floor vibe. Amazing steak! Veggie of the day was Brussel sprouts - YUM. I drank wine. My date had a flight. Our waitress was fun, energetic and quick.
