I have been happy with Bodwell since I sent them an email asking about buying a car. First, Erik Bodwell actually emailed me back immediately (two other Maine car dealers ignored me; one took a week to respond.) So I visited Bodwell first. Erik remembered my email and had several possible cars ready for me. I bought what he recommended. I am thrilled with the outcome. And the Service Department so far used for a FREE! oil change and tire rotation is excellent. Organized, polite, efficient. Go to Bodwell! I will until I die.

Excellent good old fashioned service. They stand behind their vehicles new or used. We bought a used Chrysler Town & Country back in 2015 and we recently traded our old Tacoma truck for a very nice 2022 Dodge Ram Bighorn. They delivered our truck because my husband had shoulder surgery recently and we had no way to pick the truck up because we needed two drivers!

I had a great experience purchasing my new Grand Wagoneer from Bodwell. We drove about two hours to buy our vehicle here. All of the staff were very nice and accommodating. The car was clean and fueled up when I arrived. They presented extended warranty options and explained them well but they never made me feel pressured to purchase one. The paperwork was ready to go. It took maybe 10 minutes to actually complete the sale which is far faster than any other dealer I have been to. The salesman made sure that all of our questions were answered and assured us that we could contact them with any questions / issues in the future.
