Exceptional customer service.. great prices and they actually beat a few other places for quotes.. don't hesitate to call and get your work done from the best at this service center..I always thought dealerships were more expensive but I was wrong there prices are great,.

Quirk is a solid dealership. I buy a lot of cars and they made it very easy to both buy and sell them a car. Joel handled my purchase over email so all I did was show up and sign a few docs. It was a pretty easy process. Great delivery and follow up. Fair prices, fast delivery and solid follow up. My original trade in ended up in a nightmare due to Mercedes not doing their part and quirk stepped up and handled it all. Mercedes couldn’t be bothered and it was their fault. Good people would buy here again.

As if getting work done on your VW isn't expensive enough, but when we send a car there and it sits there for almost a month and they tell you everything it needs at the normal high price to fix it all so you take it elsewhere and you explain to the mechanics what the car supposedly needed but they tell you it just needed one thing and that other than that the car was completely fine. Saved hundreds by taking the vehicle somewhere else. Thank God there are honest mechanics out there, they just aren't here.
