If I could -5 star review this place I would. I brought a suv from this place and I had it since February to now and it has broke down every month since I got it. The sad thing is they knew this car had problems! When my car broke down the third time I brought it to Nissan as my car is a Nissan so I was hoping they would be able to fix the problem. When Nissan called me they informed me that the guy before me had this same problem and EXPLAINED TO KEY AUTO ABOUT IT. Now, key auto did step up and paid for it, but the car once again broke down! They sold me this car knowing it had an issue. They are very unwilling to take it back. I even meet someone who used to work there and even said they will know about cars having issues and will sell them anyways. If you want a reliable car, this is not the place to get it. I am so sick of them trying to avoid getting me into something that is safe. I have a child and this car can basically stall anytime it wants and could kills us. I have never in my life left a bad review, but I am DONE! I will never ever in my life will recommend this dealership or buy from them again.

Completely disappointed in my experience with these people. The staff is nice, but they tell you what you want to hear. I was told for all 3 cars I tried to get through them that they'd find a way to get me each car. Trey on said and I quote "we'll get you the car no doubt" yet their banks denied me for all 3 cars. I'm fine with being denied by the banks that happens but how is everyone there going to tell me I can get the car before they go through the process. They just made the whole experience not worth the drive to them. You're better off skipping this dealership unless you're in the market to pay up the gutter for anything. Actually just skip it in general I've found better smaller dealerships to be honest.

Bought a car in March a 2019 Nissan with low mileage, drove it 6-7 days and it started making noises and not driving properly, took it to a Nissan dealership and got it diagnosed. Turns out the car had a bad transmission and had to be replaced among other things. After I picked it up it continued to not drive properly let Jared the manager know I did not feel safe driving the car and I needed a different vehicle. I spoke to my bank and they said I could trade out of it or do a substitution of collateral, again I called Jared and let him know and he said the bank denied me and would not help AFTER I spoke to the bank, the bank said they had no notes of him calling regarding my account. Did not send me proof of denial. I am sure he knew they sold me a bad car and are not willing to help because they don't want this POS car back. Thought I was buying a good reliable car but ended up with a nightmare.

Been working with Clay. Over the phone after I saw a few cars online but was truly unsure of what best suited my needs. Clay was super knowledgeable about everything on the lot and was able to match all my needs (and then some) to many different cars, some that I would have never considered on my own. Good crew ready and really willing to help you in whatever way possible, I plan to come in to test drive some soon.

They can usually work with everyone.
No finance only
Most likely, I would speak with Paul, he can get you approved with a bankruptcy.
