Ken & his team were phenomenal as always. They are friendly, transparent, and efficient which are all the things I’m looking for when bringing my Jeep in for Servicing. I’d recommend McGovern to anyone out there looking for a vehicle or needing it to be serviced!

Great experience! I looked at a used car, that didn't work out for me. Natalia Valois went above and beyond and found me the perfect used car from one of McGovern's other dealership. I had my new (to me!) car within a couple of days. The car of my dreams! From finding the car, arranging financing and finalizing the paperwork, everyone I worked with was pleasant and professional. I highly recommend and would shop with them again!

My son's Jeep needed serious repair and we were under pressure since his inspection was expired and he needed the car for his employment. We made the appointment through your online app which was easy and convenient. When the car was dropped off I was called within the hour by Ken Meltzer. From that first call until we picked up the Jeep the next day, Ken was responsive, professional, informative and a pleasure to work with. I have gone owned at least a dozen vehicles over my lifetime and this is the first time I have written a unsolicited review on my service experience. Employees like Ken are hard to find these days and I just wanted you to know how lucky you are to have a dedicated employee who puts your business reputation as his priority.

I came in a few weeks ago for a vehicle appraisal. Brian was super nice but I was not overall very happy with my experience at McGovern. I came in very clear that I was getting an appraisal on my car's value to see either 1. what the trade-in value would be towards a vehicle financed through you guys or, 2. what I would get if I sold the vehicle to you guys without buying one from you. Brian seemed to be very clear on this and wrote it down, repeated it back to me, and nothing seemed out of place from that point. However, just when I was leaving, Brian asked someone to come out and say goodbye to me (someone who I had never met, knew about, or had even heard the name of) and that person said that there was no way McGovern would buy out my vehicle without my purchasing one from you. This happened at the very end my visit that lasted over an hour. I'm hoping you can see why I found this so frustrating as it turned out that my visit to McGovern was a total waste of time. I was perfectly clear that I wanted the value to consider my options both for purchasing from you but also to ONLY sell to you and purchase from somewhere else. Brian said this would be fine, and it ended up feeling like I was lied to just to keep me in there and have me look at a vehicle that I knew I couldn't afford and was not there to see in the first place. I'll admit I was slightly intrigued by the vehicle Brian showed me and the possibility of using my car as a trade-in towards that, though I knew it probably would not work in the end, but I was put off by the deceit that occurred in that visit. I also was not pleased to see that the specific car that Brian showed me was priced at least $1,200 over the upper range of fair market value and $2,000 above the average fair market price. I understand the business aspect, but also know that price was too high and that I was shut down in attempts to negotiate. Especially being in the dealership as a young woman by myself, this was a less than comfortable experience. At this point I am distrustful of your sales associates and do not plan to return to McGovern. If you value trust and are looking for an experience that reflects that in your car purchasing experience, do not go to McGovern. They also do not comply with mask requirements and are generally not COVID-safe. **UPDATE** When I originally sent this email as a reply to McGovern asking for my feedback on my visit, the person I had regularly been corresponding with never responded. Once I posted this review, I got a personal phone call from him asking me to contact him and find a way to "smooth" this situation over. His phone call implied that he wanted to find a way to get me to delete my negative review. That phone call happened within hours of this review being posted, yet this same review, in an email, was completely ignored. Seriously, don't go here.

Questions & Answers

I asked a question 2 days ago. No one responded. That's why I don't come there for service. Customer service is lacking big time and the last time I took my car there, they did not fix one of the items I told them about. No more 10's.

Literally best in the state, I've been to every jeep dealership.

Wear a mask stay 6ft apart and when the workers are all wearing mask and they place a plastic on steering wheel.

Has anyone had any experience with buying an extended warranty from McGovern Jeep? Do they go through MOPAR? Are prices for warranty negotiable? Thank you

I didn't go through McGovern but I did buy a lifetime CNA Mopar warranty from Herb Chambers of Danvers.

My vehicle is serviced quite often at McGovern Jeep. However, the last service day which I was provided inspection sticker and the completion of recall item (for the third time) they failed to do 30 point courtesy check which would have indicated my oil needed to be changed. As a result, within the 30 days engine light came on. Car was towed back. I was told I need a new engine. I'm not happy. unacceptable.
