Having two good experiences out of two visits to a car dealer is worth writing a review about. The first time I went to Honda Village was because my mechanic referred me there for some recall work. I had neglected the recall and wound up having to have my car towed there. Yet they were still polite and efficient although I’m sure it was more work for them. The second time I visited was just yesterday and I knew I was in for more money than I wanted to spend. My door locks had all stopped working except for the hatchback. They found a workaround, retrofitting my car with a keyless entry, which was literally a third of the price of replacing the locks. While I don’t have new door locks I have a very well functioning vehicle for $300 instead of $1000. I really believe another dealer would not have gone to the trouble to figure this out. So for the service department at Honda Village, I give them big thumbs up, for honesty and integrity. Thank you for doing well by me!

I am a 77 year old woman and have always dreaded buying or leasing a car because I have never trusted car dealerships. All that changed with my recent experience purchasing my leased vehicle at Honda Village with the help of the wonderful Joshua Fink! The whole experience has been seamless and actually enjoyable. Joshua is always available, always does what he says he will and is totally transparent and efficient. The whole process have gone very smoothly and Joshua has been a tremendous help every step of the way. He has done everything he can to make the process easy for me. I had a great experience working with Mo. He had my dad and I test drive a few cars and shared the benefits of each vehicle. The vehicle I bought was a few years old so needed some small touch ups and Mo made sure to write down everything that needed to be updated and ordered parts right away. I would definitely recommend looking for cars at Honda Village.

I don't think I want to lease from anywhere else anymore. Joseph was fantastic. Worked with me and we came to a price we both agreed on. The place is great. This will be the third car between me and my brother in law from this dealership. Much better than other larger dealerships if you ask me. Extremely recommended.

Face mask is required. Desks are nicely spaced and equipped with plexiglass. Hand sanitizer is present throughout the showroom and offices. Financing office also equipped with plexiglass.

You would have to bring the car in to have the key coded for the car it has a chip in it for the key you have sounds like it needs a new battery
