Recently, I had the opportunity to visit this dealership and test drive a new vehicle. It was a great experience from beginning to end. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and I felt like I was trading in my car for something new. The financing process was quick and easy, with no pressure to buy anything extra or sign any paperwork that wasn't necessary. Overall, this is a great place to purchase your next vehicle!

The car dealership was very helpful, and made sure that we were completely happy with our purchase. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the cars in the lot, and he was able to answer all of my questions about the cars and find me a car that fit my needs. He even suggested other models that I should consider before I made my final decision. I ended up buying a new Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat, which is everything that I wanted in a sports car! The dealership had many different options available, so it was easy to find one that fit my budget while still meeting my needs.

I had a positive experience with my first visit at Grava in Medford. Typically I take my vehicle where I initially made the vehicle purchase for service, but decided to go somewhere a little closer to home. It was a simple service appointment for my oil change, as well as an inspection - so that’s all I can really comment about. Parking was a little difficult, but the staff are aware of that and try to help facilitate. I was greeted, very warmly, by an older gentleman who worked there.. and heard him continuously converse with both customers and staff during my wait to keep everyone informed and updated. My wait was roughly an hour and a half and it was fairly busy. It still seemed as though the people in the waiting room were moving through quickly and not waiting too long. Everyone at Grava (from checking in for the appointment, to paying my bill) was friendly and clearly communicated the services and pricing throughout the visit. Will definitely return here as well as refer others!

We came to this dealership after leaving the Nissan dealership where we didn't have a good experience. We were greeted right away. The sales person was very friendly and very helpful. He listened to us. He actually cared about helping us. We told him what we were interested in and very quickly he gave us options and we test drove a Grand Cherokee and we fell in love with it. The sales person Al gave us a great deal and took care of everything. It was the best experience we have had buying a car. So stress free. I will definitely recommend
