The most dysfunctional UPS store. Took a half hour for them to figure out how to print my label and ship my prepaid package.

I've been a steady customer of this UPS store all the way back to early Riverside Ave. days when Barry was the Proprietor. Prior to the newest owners and management, the place was failing miserably but, this new staff has the knowledge and concern as well as the operating efficiency the public can appreciate! They have my vote!

I attempted to ship a box that was 1 foot across on all sides and ~3 pounds and was quoted $40 for the cheapest option. I went to USPS and shipped it for $9. I understand they are different carriers but this seems excessively overpriced. The customer before me also left as she was quoted $30 to ship a couple small padded envelopes with two paperback books inside. Hours are not always as advertised either however covid may have a role in that.

I’m not sure about the last reviewer but they should give the company a break considering we’re in a global pandemic. I live right around the corner and the thing that I love most about the store is they have an email address which you can send your résumé to and have you print it on high-quality paper. A lot of people don’t have printers these days so it’s very helpful. I’ve also attached a picture of the store operating hours I frankly wouldn’t trust google all the time regarding this information. I have also enclosed a picture of the email address which you can send files to be printed

I went there 2x now and the place was dark and the inside was closed. I was only able to access my mailbox, not my large packages out back and other services there wasn't a note on the door and that was two days ago. I have been trying to call up until yesterday (haven't tried today yet) and there voicemail was full and the next call on the next day it wouldn't even ring it went straight to VM. And up until then they let more than one person in store. Prior to that it was one at a time...
