I just left Serenity in the City Medford and feel absolutely amazing! Alyssa gave me the best massage and offered tips on how to help relieve back pain at home, Brianna rejuvenated my feet with the most pleasant pedicure, and Karen gave me a luxurious wash and trim and shared her knowledge and expertise throughout. The atmosphere here is amazing. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive. I would definitely come back again.

The salon is beautiful, but I'm writing this review mainly about Kiante, the massage therapist. She's phenomenal. I've had other massages there and Kiante clearly stands out. She doesn't rush, she asks very specific questions about what you're looking for, and best of all she doesn't talk the whole time. I'm so glad I found her and I'll be seeing her as frequently as possible from here on out.

This place has an amazing atmosphere. All the staff are very friendly. Fair pricing. Easy parking! I didn't leave my hair service feeling like I had recieved what I asked for though. Management did not offer to see my concerns but said to wait a week. No follow up. I wanted to love this place but won't be returning for a hair service.

I have been coming to Serenity for 4+ years and have never been disappointed! The owner, Jackie, works really hard to create a serene environment and stay up to date with all the latest and greatest services. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. You can book online which is so easy or by calling the front desk, who are also very knowledgeable . The front desk staff always seem to know me which I really appreciate. I also find the prices very reasonable for the greater Boston area. They have a wonderful relaxation room and offer infused waters and mimosas. There is also SO.MUCH.PARKING! I get my hair done with Diana (who is so amazing & FAST!), hydra facials with Kathleen A (who is so thorough and sweet) and lash lift & tints/brow laminations with Rachael who works wonders. My boyfriend & I also get couples massages with Melinda and Dana, which are always amazing (I have also seen Kiante and love her!) I can’t recommend Serenity enough!
