I am very sorry to be writing this review about the SERVICE department. I wanted to give the shop the benefit of the doubt that they would do the right thing but unfortunately it didn't happen. My car was picked up from service last week and I have been trying to make contact with them since. My car still has one of the same problems it went in with. I have called but have not been able to get a phone call back. They claim they are so busy, which I understand and was more than willing to be patient. I have actually given them over a week to return my call. I guess once they collect your money, you mean nothing to them. No call back. I will not be returning. Very disappointed in how the SERVICE department treats their customers.

A wonderful dealership to do business with! Sonny in sales was friendly- no pressure and very sincere. Love that man! Don Peters in finance is great!!!! Efficient and easy to deal with. Made our transition from leasing to ownership seamless! Service team always very polite and helpful. A special shout out to Mike who is so professional and understands perfectly any concerns you might have. A good listener with tremendous knowledge of his department and car business in general. Saw online the "certified Lincoln used vehicle" I wanted for my wife. Went in and met with Wayne Fraulini and I was given fast, courteous and efficient professional service. I made an offer, it was accepted, and we closed the deal for the car on the first visit. Wayne took care of all the paperwork, transferring tags, registration, etc. and servicing the vehicle.

I have never had a problem with the service department here, I have purchased new and used cars and trucks here in the past and they have always been very professional.
