Used them a handful of times but seems like within the last 5 years service has really gone down hill.. use to take 2 days to get a dumpster now its taking 3 to 4 weeks. Call to have things removed use to happen fairly quickly now its lucky to even happen. Seems someone else is running things and def not what it use to be! but would rather use local than big business any day so i continue to use..

This company and its services, is second to none. They truly care about their customers and employees and show this on a daily basis through their outstanding ability to be accommodating, professional, and kind. I highly recommend them for any job big or small. They take pride in their work and it shows.

They delayed pick up after I paid them and then lied about when I paid them and charged for the next month. The woman who answers the phone is rude. Looking at other complaints on here I see similar issues. They say the pick up twice a month but do not.....horrible and unprofessional.....3 months with no trash pick up. I paid for those months and got NO SERVICE. Then they want to charge for another month to take the dumpster away!

Archies cancelled my account for non payment, with a credit card I had left with them to pay for the account I supposedly never opened,funny I don't give businesses my card number unless I'm doing business with them..I spoke with someone on the phone in October of last year and set up trash pick up...they picked up two months then stopped...when I called in February to see why they had charged sixty instead of the monthly 30 dollar payment I was told I was cancelled for non payment...which I don't understand cause they had my card to charge it to on file......unprofessional ,non service is what I got from this rip off company... Caveat Emptor people!!!!...to clarify,for Archies owner,I had a lengthy conversation,because of the length and drop of my driveway,with the so called receptionist, about whether or not they should back down in,because there would be no turn around room at the bottom.so we had verbally agreed to possibly halt service during winter months,and resume when the truck could access..after i talked to the driver one day ,he said he wouldn't be able to do it when there was an accumulation of snow,so as far as I knew the bill was in play and being payed with the card I left on file.i did not wait two months ,as you implied, to pay your bill...I assumed,incorrectly, that your staff was competent enough to understand I was calling to set up an account ,and left my card numbers to do so,not screw you out of two months pick up services!!!..I received an initial mailing about item pickup but nothing was ever received by me about billing..ever!.. I would have immediately called because I believed my account details had been determined!!!...oh yeah, never once did the person I spoke with appologise,after I said twice I thought I had an account set up,about the mix up ..she was short and rude......unacceptable people skills from any staff member! Perhaps better training and manners might help your business in the future
