I paid for upcharge my order, and my order was incorrect. I went back they did not make good on their mistake. I will not be going back there. Didn't think to save to take a picture. Went straight to the garbage.

I’m so disappointed I can’t find the words to describe…..my biscuit is so hard I can use it to beat box on my table my chicken is Luke warm and I’m just 7min from the location I want a refund at this point

No chicken .came 3 times .truck was sitting right there ..gave them time to unpack and stop running special offers if you don't have them in stock

I gave them 1 star because they upgraded the outside of the restaurant so it doesn't look as run down as it used to. For 5 minutes they had good service. A few months later, they're back to being a typical chicken joint. I'm sure way below Church's Chicken's standards. The drive thru wait line is way to long for their small parking lot. I'm not sure what this cluster of junk is in the corner of the restaurant. It's definitely an eye sore. Not to mention the chicken boxes being delivered and left outside on the ground not too far from the trash. I'm not sure if this is a corporate or franchised owned location. Either way management what are you doing?
