I've managed restaurants in the past and understand cost and P & L / profit and loss but 8 pm on a Saturday & no spicy chicken... come on man.
Has this location reopened?
The problem is the workers and the lack of professionalism. The service and cleanliness at this Church's is horrible.

Do the other church's sell spicy chicken? I thought they only sell peppers if you want that spicy kick.
Talk to the her boss about her service and what time do they close on Saturday a lot of them stop make more chicken time when it get close to closing time
