Wasn’t aware this place existed; 1st time customer, recently had my brother’s repass here and they provided a DJ for music, gave us a very mellow vibe, they decorated the place nicely, food was provided (soul food menu), but the food was AWFUL 🤢 wasn’t expecting that, EVERY dish provided was DISGUSTING! I was so disappointed. I actually can’t believe they Cater food 😐. Sandwiches were good though! On top of having nasty food, they had the NERVE to have EXTREMELY RUDE customer service, from the owner down to the servers! I guess everybody was having a bad day! During a time of mourning; all of the bad attitudes and judgment from their staff was insensitive and UNNECESSARY! I was excited when I found out they were a BLACK owned establishment, but honestly as a first time customer I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED 😢 the money my Family and I paid for their service was NOT worth it! I will Never have another event here. Please get it together.

I went here because I heard they cater good sandwiches. They need to work on their customer service skills. I have been calling five days straight just to place a order for 2 weeks away, but couldn’t get a answer. I went there today and quickly realize I wouldn’t spend a dime in this place. The lady working there was very rude. She told me and another gentleman that we had to wait before she helped us. After waiting a while she told me they weren’t taking anymore orders for today. I explained to her that I wanted it for a week away. She told me to grab and menu and call my order in at a later date. I told her I had been calling all week. She told me “don’t you see we busy”? I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!! I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!

Cool Breeze

Food is great, especially their sandwiches. Great place to rent a hall and have food catered from their menu. The hall is decorated very nice.
