Two weeks ago I passed the school exam and today I passed the state exam. I owe it all to the team at the Montclair School of Real Estate. John Koller was my instructor and I have got to say that he is a consummate professional in every sense of the word. He is one of the best teachers that I have ever known and any future success that I may have I owe to John and the entire school. Thanks again to you all; you all did an amazing job. Gary Schaeffer.

Great learning experience with great teachers! 80% of your study is completed by just paying attention with 100% focus on the lessons. Just completed the fast track 3 week online course and also passed the school exam on the first try. It takes a lot of commitment on the student part to test themselves after completing the course with lots of quizzes and internalizing new vocabulary. Read a lot of negative comments here that don't reflect in anyway my experience.

Overall horrible experience! If you’re looking for an instructor to keep classes entertaining and fun then this isn’t the school for you. It’s line by line reading from the book. The older lady who answers the phone is also very rude and hangs up on you when she doesn’t want to do something. The managers never return calls and they won’t even provide you with their tax ID number for your taxes

Poor management of school & engagement with potential students. I needed to get a refund due to scheduling conflicts and they are very unresponsive. Do NOT invest in this school. Definitely go elsewhere.

At this time (Nov 2018) we do not have classroom CE Classes. We will start providing online CE with a large range of classes this spring.
This school is meant for people who want to become a real estate agent or a broker.
The class I took was $395 for the 75 hour real estate salesperson license.
High school diploma, clean record basically, time and patience
For a salesperson it is 75 hrs that you need to complete and the time it takes depends on how many days a week you go to class, they have different schedules...
Unfortunately it is a set schedule. Maybe take a week off and go every day.
Depends if you go full time or 3 days a week. When I went it took two weeks. But I passed my tests right away.
About $400, it's worth every penny!
