If ZERO was an option I would submit a zero! Last year I rented this place for Christmas they quoted me via contract $475 with an additional $100 that is refundable after the day of the event. I contacted them today asking if the hall is available for Thanksgiving day and they quoted me $675 which did not include the additional $100 that is refundable after the event. When I questioned are the prices for Thanksgiving different from the prices for Christmas Day Russel’s (owner) reply was and I quote “I don't want to go back and forth about the pricing. let's just say the price is now what I quoted you.” although the establishment in the space is nice this is the second experience that I had with this person that has been completely unprofessional and straight out rude! If he or anyone from his establishment dares to deny any of these claims I have all of our emails for proof. When my final reply to him was, and I quote, “Ok thanks have a good day! Great customer service!!!!” He replied with, and I quote again, “be blessed!” Only someone with the same rude and ghetto mentality will be able to deal with this type of “customer service”. Hospitality and great customer communication is KEY for any establishment and I’m sure it’s affecting their business!!!!! The Suite Spot you need to re-evaluate how you deal with your customers, it’s rude and disgusting!!!!!!

Please read the policy before booking your event here. They do not refund your deposit, if you cancel your event a year in advance they will not give your deposit back. Your only option is to book another date if you don’t want to book another date they will still keep your deposit. Also your deposit doesn’t factor into your venue price you’ll end up paying an extra $200 on top of your venue price. They will give you your deposit back 5-7 business days after your event. This is not how you conduct business you can not force anyone to postpone their date or continue to book with you in order to receive your deposit. Please beware and look out for companies like this.
