This just like every other Dunkin Donuts. Products are the same as any location. But the staff are what brings back regulars like myself. Management seems to forget that which explains they’re staff turn over rate. I literally go here twice a day for the last 3 years and getting to the point where I’ll go support a business that takes care of their workers rather then to continue to grow managements ego thinking that the success of the store is based on them rather than the people that are actually providing the service.

This location is right by my work. It is always busy and almost always under staffed. Regardless, they are polite, fast, and care. Worth the extra wait when needed.

I went in to get a coffee and sandwich and was told by the clerk they can't serve me since I didn't have a mask on. Now keep in mind the mask mandate ends here in a little over a week and people behind me 5 ft away are not wearing a mask. The lady behind the counter was friendly but I think the other lady that was a manager was rather rude and came up behind the plexiglass wall and told me I can't even speak to them if I don't have my mask on. So I left and brought my business somewhere else. I just think it's so sad that we still have businesses being run by people who are abusing power like this.

terrible customer service. when i walked in, there was a boy mopping the floor while one employee stood around. the other employee behind the counter acted as if my son and i didn't exist, and walked away when i said i was ready. i walked out, and the girl on the floor made a face after i told my son why we had to leave. guess i'm glad i didn't buy from here... they treat this place as a personal child care center.
