My vegetarian burrito bowl had about a tablespoon of beans, a piece of steak, and despite ordering extra lettuce there were only 10 pieces of shredded lettuce - the bowl was only 1/2 full. The burrito was half its normal size. The chip bags were half broken pieces with burnt pieces. Phone is a recorded message that says to email them, though I missed the email address. I was able to get a coupon for my next order via online chat.

The past 3 times I've been here there have been problems. The first time was a milder 3 day allergy experience but last night took the cake. I have an extensive list of allergies and Chipotle is a "safe" restaurantfor me... Until they dose your food with some unknown ingredient that still feels like fire inside me the next day. It was so spicy that I only ate a couple bites before getting sick and starting wheezing. There is nowhere to complain to get a refund and their system offered a buy one get one coupon for the trouble. Why would I spend more money there? I'm done giving them chances.

It has been over two years with Covid and short staffed. Restaurants committed to service are open and wait on them. Others just keep using excuses. We don't have help. After over 50 years in restaurants. You do what it takes and get it done. Obviously Chipotle prefers and allows excuses. There were four people actively cleaning to get out early rather than waiting on customers. To be served, you had to order on line, REALLY!

I ordered from this location today. It was disappointing. Burrito bowls were half full, chicken tacos were with no guacamole and extra lettuce. Plus we ordered orange peach juice and they brought us completely different one - pineapple juice. This was the last time ordering from this place!
