This place is amazing !!! Everyone is so cheerful and fun, and they do nail art!! I showed them the picture that I wanted and she made it look better than the original because my nail shape was different. This is my second time coming and they’re just so great, 10/10!

I’ve been coming here for over a year now and can’t imagine going anywhere else. Every single tech I’ve had has been WONDERFUL. Sophia and her staff are all kind, attentive, skilled, friendly and clearly care about their craft. The facilities are always clean, bright and ready to go. Most recently my mom, sister, sister-in-law, two nieces and myself came to get our nails done in preparation for my wedding. Every single person working, whether assisting one of us or someone else, was SO kind and welcoming and excited for us. They set up a table for us to bring in some treats to enjoy and gave us all the VIP treatment. My nieces are younger (3 and 9) and the staff were all so patient and kind to them. I know I’m always in good hands here and always feel welcomed. Thank you Sophia + Staff!

BAE Hair Extensions

After just moving into the area 2 months ago I needed a new nail salon and stumbled across this one. Liked my nails but when I was in there, some lady kept promoting me to get my lashes done. I have never considered getting my lashes down at a nail salon but my close friend goes and get her clump lashes done at her nail salon. I decided to book an appointment for the next morning. Although lashes were constantly pushed in my face, no one ever took it upon themselves to tell me the price. I asked my nail tech for the price and she said $20 very low which makes sense because clump lashes that they typically offer at the nail salon is $25 so I thought that I was getting a great deal. I asked a series of questions before the service started with one of them being “Does this glue make people eyes red and burn bad?” She assured me that no one has ever mentioned anything bad about the glue. After the service I wasn’t satisfied because I came in for volume in which I showed her a picture and it wasn’t that. She was also constantly being rushed by the very same lady who kept promoting lashes to me. The lady knocked on the door twice asking her to hurry and I found that very disrespectful to me as a client. I didn’t complain about the style of my lashes I kinda felt bad for the girl name “Rachel”. My eyes weee burning like crazy and super red after she assured me that that wouldn’t happen. I get to the register and they tell me a price of $220. No one ever discuss this price with me. Rachel says that she told me after I asked because she did not offer. I asked her why would she reassure the price with me and how come I had to ask for the price for an expensive luxury service like this. She couldn’t answer it and I know why. This is how they manipulate which is a SCAM so BEWARE. She also said it low on purpose. I went ahead and paid the full amount with no problem because the money isn’t an issue, it’s the lies and manipulation I have a problem with. I asked her to book me and appointment to remove the lashes immediately within the next 2 days and she told me she won’t be able to refund me. I explained to her that I am not asking for a refund because if you tricked me into this service, I definitely know your too desperate to return my money. Keep the money but remove the ugly lashes. Now I can’t even get an appointment for the removal because they won’t reach back out as they said they would. This was my worse lash experience in my life and I am here to warn you. Do not let these people touch your lashes and always ask for the price because they are definitely going to keep it a secret because they are greedy. Lost a very loyal and high ticket price customer just by being greedy. Sad

I have been going here for several years and their customer service is top notch! I have had several nail technicians and have never had an issue. Last year I decided to try a salon closer to my house and I will not do that again. I am a Magic Nails 63rd for life. Love it here and thank you Nina for doing such a great job at my last visit. Sophia you are the best and so patient with all of my nail requests. Thank you for all you do and for fitting me in even when I don’t have an appointment!
