I've gone here a few times. I have bought packages and unfortunately they expire within a short time. I came in trying to see if I could still do my last set of purchased spray and bed combo but I was two weeks late. I've never complained about other expired purchases so if hoped they understand and be able to accommodate since i have frequented there and the expired date wasn't months laterand they would not do it. Poor customer service and not worth the price compared to competitors. Always dead in there but now I'm seeing why. If you tan once a week it's pricey but you might get your money's worth. If you tan monthly you will never get your true value of cost here.

I was charged $36 more than I should have for my membership due to a supposed glitch in their system which added spray tans to my account monthly (I have never used or asked for a spray tan) and gave me the run around to get my money back. They wouldn't call corporate for me or let me call them when I asked for their number. Eventually I reached corporate and they gave me a refund with no hassle! This place should be shut down or have new management! Never coming here again, neither will any of my friends or family members.
