Quick and efficient care. Everyone was amazing. And if you have to wait in the lobby it is super nice and clean with comfortable chairs. I hope you never will need to go to an urgent care but if you do, this is a great choice

I had made an appointment ahead of time and my wait time to be seen was under 5 minutes. I needed a chest X-ray and they were able to do it on site, which was awesome! I didn’t have to go to the hospital to have it done. While we waited for the X-ray they did all the swabs I needed. Those took about 15-20 mins to come back. When everything came back the NP came in to see me told me the medications she was going to order and I agreed. Everyone was very nice and very proficient! I had a great experience!!

Everyone was very kind. But I had called ahead of time and asked if someone could look at my tattoo that day as it is burning and looks infected (I don't know anything about tattoos so maybe it looks fine) after being told over the phone that tattoos are something they can deal with, I get there and $150 later I'm told that they don't actually know anything about tattoos. But we'll try antibiotics just in case. Just take them and keep doing what you're doing (obviously what I'm doing now isn't working) I couldn't have been seen by an actual dermatologist? You couldn't of suggested a different like cream or something I could buy to soothe the burn... Something safe for an open wound? I was very skeptical of this place already because a couple years ago I went in for severe muscle pains and after paying the $150 copay. The provider was on web md on their cell phone listing off a possible diagnosis...I figured it out myself, thank you, I'm not paying you for Google services that I have access to for free.... Thank you. I'll deal with my possible infected arm (or possibly fine tattoo) on my own too, I guess. But for now I'll sit here, with my burning arm, for yet another week to see if it was an actual infection and if I needed these antibiotics in the first place. Because instead of getting someone who knows what they were looking at they gave me a random drug to "see if it works".

I was able to make an appointment online and waited less than 5 minutes before being seen. Both the nurse and physicians assistant were very caring and professional. My skin problem was quickly diagnosed and my prescription was called in immediately. I've come here when needed a few times over the past 3 years. The care is excellent. Better than my own primary care!

I have insurance..... Got a bill for 365$ for the covid test.... Some how the office didn't get my information....
From my experience it's usually within 24 to 48 hours
Hi Nancy, at this time results for PCR testing take up to 5 days. Rapid testing is available to patients actively showing symptoms of coronavirus for 5 days or less.
Hi Cassie, we greatly apologize that you have had this experience with us. We do appreciate you sharing this feedback, I have reached out to the Practice Manager and you should be receiving a call back.
Hi Dora! We do offer chest X-rays!
Hi Colleen, thanks for your question! This will depend on your insurance coverage, or if you are self-pay. Do you have insurance?
I went in for an issue, but also mentioned I wanted to make an appt with PP to be checked for maybe a left behind tampon (it happens) and she went to get a speculum and checked me. I don't know HOW much GYN they can do, you'll have to call.
