Never rent from these people they don’t care about you 77 pine street has signs up saying make friends and when you do if they go to the hospital they tell you to mind your business Taylor William is the worse manger I have ever had and I am trying to call the headquarters cause my smoke detectors went off in the middle of the night and they didn’t wanna come and fix it they asked me if I could wait till tomorrow and I said no because I have pets and it would be keeping them up all night it’s also a fire hazard

I've lived in Avesta Housing for two years...Woods Edge to be exact. Moved here from California and they have been nothing but accommodating to me. The grounds are beautifully kept and the manager and coordinator are wonderful. All I have to say is....Be thankful for what you have , for if you had to pay full price for an apartment,, you'd be on the streets.... No likey....MOVE!!!

I’m here to share no matter what nothing is perfect these days. High five Avesta housings. I’m disabled and was on housing waitlist 5 years. I was walked threw the process on application and acceptance buy staff who treated me respectfully and fair. It did take several weeks to be placed in the apartment, but there were professional and thorough in making my residence here a success. I am thankful to the management company all staff and maintenance who are responsive caring and working to offer people senior diasabled and limited income a better option for living.

Depends on where your looking
As far as I know yes
I know they do accept housing vouchers but you would have to call them directly to see what units are available. You can them 553-7777 and they also have online applications you can fill. Hope this helps, God bless and good luck!
Try looking up on www.avestahousing.org
They have a website called the portal. It takes some skilled navigation but it's possible. Have bank info at the ready.
No. They might help you find a local shelter if it's not the hero receptionist
