Deanna and Gareth are fantastic humans. I'm recovering from major hip surgery and they personally delivered my new armchair in their own vehicle before they started work on a non delivery day! Because I needed it! And then I went back and bought an entire office set and they were so upfront about one of the side tables being slightly damaged from shipping, gave me a huge discount, and then had it delivered by professional movers who navigated my oddball apartment with ease. They remember their customers, care about them as people, and do business right. I'll shop no where else for furniture. Ever.

Easy location. Wide selection. Nicely displayed merchandise. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We recently acknowledged that our mattress had hit the end of its useable life and started the process of searching for a new one. Overshadowing the search was the fact that for years we have said that our first mattress purchase was one of the best purchases we ever made. We checked online, asked friends, and read reviews. On my way down Rt90 I stopped into Frantz to see what they might have and how it fit into our budget. Garth made a few recommendations, the most important of course being to come back with my wife. We came back a few days later and spent about an hour wandering around trying out the various mattresses. In the end we left with the one Garth recommended from the start after asking a few good questions and understanding what we were looking for. All questions answered. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Quality product. Best nights sleep in many years, confirming we should have made this trip sooner. Thank you to the crew at Frantz!

I had an excellent experience purchasing mattresses for our house. My first transaction, I spoke with Dena at Frantz Furniture by phone as I was buying long distance, unable to shop in person and she was very helpful. A while later I called back and Garth helped me out with information, and texted links to lead me of the decision for the chosen Serene Foam twin set. He arranged for a fast delivery right to the den room specified, and we greatly appreciated arriving with our moving truck to find a bed could be set up for us that evening. I was the lucky one to sleep on the Serene mattress and I will say it provided some of the best nights sleep I had in a while. I like that it was very firm but had a softness to it. There was no recoil feeling when turning over. A month later we purchased a Queen size Serene foam mattress & boxspring and were also happy with that, using it in our guest bedroom. Another month later we purchased a Gold Bond 209 floor model innerspring mattress & boxspring and love that one as well. The deliveries all went very smoothly. I highly recommend Frantz Furniture. Deana and Garth are great people and so nice to work with. We moved to Maine in September 2017 with a promise of a bed delivery from a chain bed store the same day. Bed was never delivered..even after several days of arguing with them. We visited Frantz a few days later and had a bed delivered 2 hours later...all same day. There is something to be said about buying local. We will be working with them going forward for all our furniture needs. We would recommend them to anyone!!
