I come here on a semi-regular basis because I work nearby, and they usually mess something minor up but I get it, it’s busy and McDonald’s so I can’t be too picky. Today I ordered tea and received hot water with a lemon. Just.. what?

Absolute horrible management. Workers who don't want to do their job, and couldn't care less about the customer. They provide little to no customer service. The 'manager' on duty just says "have a nice day," in broken English. She did NOTHING to try to resolve the issue with the app as I was ordering at the drive through. I went elsewhere to eat--you've lost a customer. #worstserviceever

Another restaurant down the street from my job on Busse Road. I go there every morning same customer service all the time it was great. I went there to get a order of fries for lunch. Why did it take 8 minutes for my fries even when I asked for them fresh? When I watched her drop the fries and it said 3.5 minutes. There's a couple of fast-food restaurants in the area and it seems like ever since covid people forget the fact that we are at a FAST food restaurant. THE customer service was good the fries were good and hot of course!

Inside very clean and safe one. Nice view window and busses rd you can see. Good service. Restroom was clean Strong recommend it Lunch time was lot of customers but weekend so slow
