We were traveling through the Chicago area and have been to a couple of different Lou Malnati's locations before. We love the pizza and the staff here was friendly and efficient. Always a treat. The "Chicago" is our favorite.

True local deep dish pizza. Will take advantage of their mail order feature. The sausage pizza deliciousness. 😎🍕👍🍕😎

Good service. Excellent food. We had the stuffed spinach bread, buffalo wings, and a deep dish pizza. The spinach bread and buffalo wings came out not long after ordering. Shortly after we finished our appetizers the deep dish pie came out. Lou's has the best sauce and crust, and the deep dish isn't too thick like a stuffed pizza. Our server checked on us periodically to refill drinks and ensure we were enjoying the food. Good atmosphere. There's a small bar area in the back with a couple TVs.

Don't order from here. Lou Malnati's has new ownership who's going to cut corners and quality will declined. It happened again! There's a gap between the sausage and crust. Don't know what's going on?? These large deep dish pizzas aren't cheap. Very disappointed at Lou Malnati's in Elk Grove Village. I had let the manager know before. Why is this happening again?? Check your pizza before you leave and complain immediately if it looks like mine. Are they trying to fool customers adding less ingredients but charging the same amount?? 🤷🏽‍♂️
