So this is our very first time at Buffalo Wild Wings. We frequent resturants that are not chains mostly. I must say, the thing that irks me the most when visiting a restaurant is when the glass doors to the restaurant are filthy, which all of them were. That's a precursor to the cleanliness of the place in my mind. My husband and I sit at the bar and it's late in the evening around 930pm. It took forever to order our beers, took forever to actually get our beers, took forever to order and so on. Dirty dishes sat to the left of us on the bar the 1.5 hours we were there. Small talk with the Asst. Manager was weird. I guess she's a photography buff and while I tried to interject my husband is a photographer she ignored me and went on and on about herself. When we paid the bill she discovered my husband's photography business on the card and thought it was whitty to tell me she thought I lied about my husband being a photographer. REALLY???? As far as the wings were concerned, they were absolutely horrible. First and last time we will spend our money at Buffalo Wild Wings. There are far better places out there to enjoy wings.

One of the newer locations, and I prefer the older ones, they just feel more warm. The newer designs feel a little sterile and lonely. Not much staff on hand, and it looks closed from the outside. We went for lunch on a weekday so maybe that's what it was. Food was fine, what you're used to from BDubs. I feel like it would be a weird place to watch a game though. They do have tots though, and that's always a plus for me.

Called to order- had to repeat my order three times. Had the girl read it back.. read it back correctly and still got the wrong food.. on top of that the food we did get was pathetic and dry.. called back to get it fixed but after 31 minutes and literally 44 phone calls not one single time did anybody answer the phone. wish I had read the recent reviews prior to ordering- will have to dispute my charge since the “business” won’t respond.. how pathetic.

Wow I ordered 30 piece boneless wings and a lot of them especially these lemon pepper wings pictured were hard and like a rock.. I could barely cut thru it with this knife. You definitely need chef ramsey to come and scream at your whole crew for serving this inedible chicken to paying customers. What a shame ! And my 2 year old was about to bite into this! Teeth would have been broken !
