I love Popeyes chicken... But this location needs an ENTIRE STAFF CHANGE!! They are rude, discriminatory, and treat the register area as a break room. I've come here over the years thinking it will get better and nothing. Same staff, same ignorant flagrant behaviour. I've seen employees laugh at customers, forget people are outside waiting on an order because of personal conversations, and last visit resulted in seeing an employee not wash they're hands after eating and resuming work!! I don't understand why the owner ignores all these issues, but I will drive out of my way to a different location from now on!

Wendy and Collete are super nice and make my food fresh everytime, prices are fair but you have to just wait a little which I don’t mind cause the food is hot

Terrible, this is the third time that I pass by and they did not have any chicken. Only the sea food sandwich. And only drive through, got behind a car and had to wait. See picture. And it was at 3pm. What kind of chicken fast food does not have chicken. Again, it was not the first time.

We have given this location a number of chances because we "Love that chicken at Popeyes"......but....this location needs a ton of improvement. The last four times we went there they did not have Chicken tenders....and you don't know that until you wait in a long drive-thru line to place the order. Then you have no room to escape the line. Yesterday's visit was the last time we attempt to give them business. In fairness, their employees seem nice, but that's it.
