Never in my life have I felt the need to review a laundromat. But this place is charging $7/wash and $9/dry. Like F u guys price gouging on laundry. Hope all the machines break at once

I've visited this place 3 times and upon arrival, no one was there each time.The 1st visit within the 6 o'clock hr in the am, I lost my coins in the bag machine, it was only 50 cents. I contacted the owner, he returned my call later in the evening after 6 pm and apologized. The 2nd visit, no issues. 3rd visit within the 6 o'clock am hr, 2 of the machines weren't working properly, 16 & 19. Machine 19 didn't wash my clothes properly and was leaking from the back of it, and machine 16 didn't rinse my clothes properly. I attempted to start 16 again, when it taken my $5 in quarters and didn't start. I called the owner and left a voice-mail, he returned my call at 9:10 that evening and stated he was in the laundromat at 10 this morning and didn't see anything wrong. If that was the case, why didn't he call me at that time so I could've come and collected the money I lost in the machine? The place closes at 10 pm and I'm on public transportation, which is a convenient time for him not to be present at the laundromat. I'LL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!
