This Sheraton was probably a very nice hotel prior to March 2020. The area of the hotel is surrounded by several companies and offices. Since the pandemic, many are working remote now, therefore the area is a bit depressed (not all of Naperville). In the hotel are many vagrants that have taken residence. The upkeep of the hotel and housekeeping has significantly suffered due to this. About 30% of the rooms are these 'long terms' and you will find them roaming the hallways at all hours and leaving garbage outside of their rooms. We used our Suite Upgrades for a suite that was in severe neglect. The curtains were all torn terribly. Items on the wall were falling off like door stoppers and racks. The pull out sofa bed was broken and completely unusable. They moved us to another room that was not much better. The lounge was closed since 2020 and no indication that it will reopen.

Pick a different hotel. Room was not clean. Amenities may have been new at one point but everything is very out dated. It looks like they spent a good amount of money on the reception area while completely ignoring the rooms. Our bathroom was completely run down. The drywall in the shower had brown spots and cracks. This Sheraton just doesn’t hold up. The area has a ton of really nice hotels. Trust me pick a different one.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Our room had roaches we had bug bites all over our body. We stayed for 5 nights and they refused to clean our room "due to COVID" I never heard of a hotel not doing daily cleaning they must be understaffed and trying to save cost! The guest service was rude we asked if they had toothbrush and he rudely answered to drive to a convenience store and get it. I've been travelling all across North America never came across a poor hotel like this the service was WORSE THAN a MOTEL!

Very disappointed in this place, first off, no room service, paid $4.28 for a small cup of coffee, I feel like we paid enough for the room that they could give us a free cup of coffee. Our bathroom vanity was so dirty, that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for awhile, and came in late last night after being out all day, had 3 bags, and elevators weren’t working, had to climb 6 flights of stairs. Which I understand things happening, but didn’t feel like they were to upset that the place was an inconvenience. Everyone was nice tho. But expected more with a name like Sheraton.

We did. About 6 of us with 2 children visited. The person with the key card has to let arrivals into the pool area but it was fine.
You can checkin as per your convenience but it all depends on the front desk customer representative if he/she is willing to.
