This place has possibly the worst staff known to man. We cancelled and closed our unit and got confirmation. For the next two weeks we got called about payment. We spoke to several people in the office and in the “big management” because we CLOSED our account. They said they’d take care of it. Well guess what? We just got a collections bill in the mail from this place. Honestly, just get a unit at a different facility down the road because these people are trash.

One of the best Public storage facilities. Alex, the property manager is awesome. He is friendly, knowledgeable and the most helpful person I met. Every request I have had so far, he delivered with a courteous attitude and within a reasonable time frame. Great job, Alex!

I had to get to Public Storage storage to fix my storage lock issue however someone had to be on site. I connected with Megan at the storage to coordinate our times. She gracefully stayed over her usual time an extra 45 minutes! She assisted and was very helpful. I truly appreciate Megan who went above and beyond. I thank you so much for all her help!
