Completely useless staff! Was sent to UBIF 4 times from AT&T with an e-mail and claim ID. Staff could not "locate" claim. Called the Asurion help line in front of staff and HAD THEM relay information from their computer. Staff "still" could NOT find. Staff had NO CLUE, no understanding of how to troubleshoot WITH THE AID OF A COPORATE rep. Guy just looked into space the whole time. Pathetic service! Would give zero stars. Worst service I have EVER had from any repair shop.

Second time I have used these guys. First time I was impressed. Second time, exceeded all expectations. Shattered my phone and needed everything on it, went in and 90 minutes later they had made the phone brand new and in 100% working order. I couldn't have been happier.

Fixed my screen on my note 20ultra. Took a little longer than i thought but they were very friendly and accommodating. I liked that they had a tracker online to watch the status of my repair. They were able to tell me why it was taking so long. I have the white phone and apparently the parts are always out of stock. If you're thinking of using them please give them a try. Very much so worth it and i am very happy with the work that was done.

We do not typically work on controllers due to the parts being difficult to source and the repair not being cost-effective. However, we do offer free diagnostics on all devices so you are welcome to bring them into your local store to see if they can help.
You actually can get the back glass replaced as of recently. $150 iirc
