Came here last night and food and service was great. Just was not a fan of the hostess as it seemed like she was getting annoyed. We ended up sitting outside as the restaurant was packed, although a MONDAY! But it was fine, we waited for our table to get cleaned outside which wasn't cleaned prior to the hostess sitting us there and she went in to tell a busboy but no one ever came to clean it so we ended seating ourselves at another table. I recommend coming though for the food!

This was my first time at Coopers Hawk and the experience was amazing. My fiancé and I chose it for our monthly date night and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision. I believe our servers name was Laura, she was super attentive, gave excellent suggestions, and kept a calm and upbeat demeanor the entire evening and covering many tables. We ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp which was delicious. The shrimp was perfectly cooked and the bacon was nice and crispy. The guacamole had a very strong lime flavor that tied in perfectly with the seasoning on the shrimp. For entrees my fiancé got the Parmesan crusted chicken which he raved about and I got the red wine braised short ribs. So wonderfully tender, I was able to shred the meat with ease, potatoes were extra creamy and the roasted veggies had a nice char but did not give off the burnt taste. The richness of the red wine meat, with the creamy indulgence of the potatoes with that nice char on the veggies made the perfect dish. To finish we got the Reese’s cookie skillet. Nice and gooey, and despite this seeming like an overly sweet dish, it also seemed nicely balanced. And let’s not forget the drinks! My fiancé got the pear martini I believe. Good balance of sweet and tartness and I did the red wine flight. Perfect experience from start to finish. Based off our meal we decided to sign up for the wine club. So needless to say, we cannot wait for our next visit.

Walking through the door sets a ambiance that prepared you for delectable wines and a wonderful culinary experience. The appetizers were nothing short of spectacular. We had Thai lettuce wraps, over the border spring rolls, Mexican drunken shrimp and Asian pork belly tostadas. The serving size was enough to be a meal by itself. Then came the flights of wine!!! Goooooood I'm still salivating!! Red wine, white wine, sparkling moscato and chocolate noir! Round 3 consisted of Beef medallions with crusted Parmesean, Brussel Sprouts, and garlic mashed potatoes. We had fish and chips with slaw and fries. Pork chops with onion rings and more slaw! Then to close out the evening we had a chocolate chip reeses cookie with ice cream, salted caramel creme brulee, and chocolate cake 🎂!! Wonderful place to hang with friends and family alike!

Yes it is... in fact on tues we sat in the bar
They have it now, hurry before it is sold out.
Cooper's Hawk is not "pricey", unless it is being compared to your local pancake house. It's just a friendly house with decent wine, good food and some of the best servers one will find at any dining level.
