The hotel was under construction so there were not amenities. Elevators were dirty. Rooms were dirty, couches in the room were torn, there was no shampoo or conditioner. No products to make coffee. Not enough towels. Pillows were too small and too few, looked like couch pillows.

Did a reservation for 2 nights, checked in at midnight the 1st night, the 1st room was absolutely disgusting, dirty. No mirrors. The 2nd room offered wasn't much cleaner, filled tub and water was absolutely disgusting. Ended up leaving. Found another motel that was much better. Now I'm still trying to get my money back. Will never recommend this place. Would perfer zero stars

Poorly maintained. Filthy carpet in room. Room looks like it was in the middle of rehab. Expected to see needles somewhere in the room. Front desk was unattended for 20 minutes upon our arrival. $100 deposit in case of damage. Not sure we could have made the room worse! Torn damaged furniture in lobby. Bare concrete floors in lobby. Drug dealers in the parking lot. Lady that checked us out was very nice.

Figures. You would just sweep me under the rug, just like you front desk staff said I was flagged from renting a room at Portland Suites one night. Gave a review...uou responded to my review...said you would look into it and get back to me. Thats okay....I will write a review on your response to the review...Here ot is...Response from management was nothing more than stall tactic to hope I would go away. "I was swept under the rug!"
Cost will vary. It wasn't too expensive compared to some of the other hotels in the area though and no deposit was required at that time.

The last time I stood there I received my one hundred dollar deposit within two weeks direct deposit. If not received within that time, please contact them with information of when you stood there. With this information that you provided them can be used to view it on computers for further clarifications.
This hotel is disgusting. Worse than a cheap motel. Stuff very rude including the manager. Neighborhood very dangerous. Stay away!!!!!
Hello, I am the senior front desk agent at the Portland Suites Hotel. We require a $100 deposit, it can be in cash or by card, if paid with cash then you get it back in cash. If it is paid with a card, then it is a hold/pending charge on the account, which at the very most can take 6-10 days for the hold to go away. -Naresh Mall
This place is so disgusting. You will get a disease. The neighborhood is very ghetto and dangerous and all the stuff including the manager are very rude. The manager yelled at me when I complained about the disgusting room. This hotel should be shut down.
