Worked there, got done for a better job offer, got my last check, they literally had cut my hours in half, and have refused to speak to me about it, building manager refused to answer my call or text, HR/Payroll has my number but refuses to call me or explain what happened or when it will be fixed.

What's the point of even having a phone number, where no matter what you say or do....it won't transfer you to a representative that can help you. They should be put out of business for this kind of practice.

My son's birthday package was "delivered" today. I was walking outside when I saw the truck pull up because my dog was outside. He's a very friendly English bulldog that LOVES people. Not intimidating. Wasn't barking. My dog walked over to the door of the UPS driver (the passenger side where they get out) and while I'm walking over to get my dog, the driver throws the package at Mt 30lb dog and laughing to one of his coworkers or to whomever he had on the phone saying that he just scared my dog. My package on impact of the ground and/or my dog, busted open. I'm so furious right now.

Supposedly package delivered to my front door but never received it! Tried calling the 800# and never can talk with someone. All automated. Also filed a claim and gave me a message saying to contact shipper. Really!! No accountability with this company.Horrible service! This is a Christmas gift for my son in law who is in the service.

If you have the tracking, you can have them put a hold on it and pick it up at the center. Give them a call tomorrow they're pretty helpful over there.
We do deliver, we have been catching up with pkgs that were delayed due to weather, unfortunately we can only be on the road for 14 hours at a time.
This is not a UPS Store or public building. Package dropoff can be performed here, and package pickup, but you cannot purchase postage here. Packages that are taped and labeled can be dropped here for shipping, but other services are unavailable.

Also known as "The Holidays". According to our driver, they have several tractor-trailers on the premises that haven't been emptied yet. The "Out for Delivery" scan may be part of an automatic daily scan. He wasn't sure why it does that.
Call the location and request they capture it before it's loaded on the truck. They're very accommodating. You'll need a government issued ID for pickup.
